<b>Raw data supporting the study of PpD in bladder cancer</b>

This raw data were for our research about a PAK4-targeting PROTAC drug (PpD). PpD has demonstrated clinical application value in kidney cancer. Our RNA-seq results showed PAK4's function mainly in regulating the cell cycle and cell apoptosis in bladder cancer, and the mice data confirmed that both the PAK4 knockout group and the PpD drug-treated group could significantly inhibit the growth of bladder cancer cells.
