Housing SA New Allocations by Age

Number of new public housing allocations by age group during financial year. \r\n\r\nDataset contains: financial year, Housing SA Office, Age group, and number of allocations.\r\n\r\n•\tNew allocations are made to customers from the housing register who are not existing Housing SA tenants.\r\n\r\n•\tAllocations made to public and Aboriginal housing properties only.\r\n\r\n•\tExcludes:\r\n­\t- Transfers of existing Housing SA tenants.\r\n­\t- Allocations to the Specialised Housing Program and properties where the allocation process is managed by other organisations.\r\n\r\n•\tA ‘*’ will be displayed where an individual record is equal to or less than five.

本数据集统计了本财政年度按年龄组划分的新增公共住房配租户数。

数据集包含以下字段：财政年度、南澳住房局（Housing SA）办公室、年龄组以及配租户数。

• 本次新增配租的受配对象为住房登记系统内非南澳住房局现有租户的申请人。

• 本次配租仅面向公共住房及原住民住房物业。

• 排除范围如下：
- 南澳住房局现有租户的转配
- 配租至专项住房计划（Specialised Housing Program）的物业，以及配租流程由其他机构统筹的物业

• 当单条记录对应的配租户数小于等于5时，将以‘*’符号标注。
