Scopes covered by the right of pre-emption under the NSEs in the department of Ain. The department has the possibility to set up ZPENS. The Preemption Areas are digitised from the cadastral parcel of the DGFIP. They constitute a preferential right for acquisitions under NSEs of land within the perimeters for the benefit of the Department of Ain, or by substitution, the competent authorities.
