One-time soil measurements

One-time measurements of soil biochemical characteristics in the top 50 cm of soil at five forest sites in Panama (site numbers shown correspond to the map provided in the supplementary data for this article). Characteristics include: natural abundance 15N (soil15N; ‰), 15N enrichment factor (see paper for detailed calculation), organic carbon (C; mg C g-1), total nitrogen (N; mg N g-1), carbon to nitrogen ratio (CN), effective cation exchange capacity (ECEC; mmolc kg-1), exchangeable bases (BS; mmolc kg-1), exchangeable element concentrations (Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Al; mmolc kg-1), pH and particle size: sand, silt and clay (%).巴拿马境内五个森林样地0~50厘米表层土壤生化特性的一次性测定数据，文中所示样地编号对应本文补充材料中的地图。所测定的土壤生化特性包括：天然丰度¹⁵N（soil15N；‰）、¹⁵N富集因子（详细计算方法参见论文）、有机碳（C；mg C g⁻¹）、总氮（N；mg N g⁻¹）、碳氮比（CN）、有效阳离子交换量（Effective Cation Exchange Capacity, ECEC；mmolc kg⁻¹）、交换性盐基（BS；mmolc kg⁻¹）、交换性元素浓度（钠、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铝；mmolc kg⁻¹），以及pH值与颗粒组成：砂粒、粉粒和黏粒含量（%）。
