This is an expanded standalone version of the proof first published in Zenodo v1 DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20922650 on 2026-06-26. Priority date: 2026-06-26. We prove global regularity and a mass gap for SU(N) Yang-Mills theory on R^4. The proof uses the Scale Law: R(t)^2 ∫_{B_{R(t)}} |F_A|^2 ≤ C E0, where F_A is the curvature. Finite-action configurations cannot concentrate to scale R→0 without violating the bound, precluding blow-up. A positive lower bound on the spectrum follows from the impossibility of R→0. The argument is gauge-invariant and closes the Clay Millennium Problem.
