LILRB3 agonism and antagonism using monocolonal antibodies

To explore the downstream signaling of the LILRB3 receptor, agonist and antagonist antibodies were used. As the LILRB3 ligand remains unknown, antibody mediated signalling is our best means of further ellucidating the mechanisms of LILRB3. This study explores LILRB3 in the context of AML, using the u937 cell line as a model. U937 cells were treated with IFNy to stimulate LILRB3 expression. Subsequently U937 cells were treated with antagonist or agonist antibodies and transcriptional profile was compared to U937 cells treated with nonspecific IgG control. Each group contains 3 replicates
