本研究针对FLAG标签化的Pol2（DNA聚合酶ε亚基）这一靶标，针对野生型（WT）、isw2缺失突变体（isw2∆）、nhp10缺失突变体（nhp10∆）以及isw2∆ nhp10∆双缺失突变体的每一种基因型，均选取两组独立分离的菌株样本开展了染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）。样本命名规则为：<ChIP靶点>_<培养条件>_<基因型-重复样本>_<菌株名称>
