Data related to the research of alkenones in Lake Ngoring sediment core on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau

This dataset contains alkenone indices (UK37 and RIK37) in Lake Ngoring sediment core over the last 2,000 years. Group 1 alkenone-based UK37 with RIK37<0.7 from the sediment core can be used to reconstruct cold season temperature changes on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau. Alkenone were analyzed by an Agilent 8890N GC system equipped with a flame ionization detector (FID).

本数据集收录了过去2000年鄂陵湖（Lake Ngoring）沉积物岩芯中的烯酮指标（alkenone indices，即UK37与RIK37）。该岩芯中RIK37<0.7的第1组烯酮基UK37数据，可用于重建青藏高原东北部的冷季温度变化。烯酮类化合物采用配备火焰离子化检测器（FID）的安捷伦8890N气相色谱系统进行分析。
