RNA-seq of fig leaves, Search for expression control element of FcFT1. Ficus carica

In this project, we sequenced the mRNA of Ficus carica leaves to search for expression control element of FcFT1 which transcription is associated with fig inflorescence differentiation. We screened expression control element of FcFT1 by calculating transcriptome information obtained from various samples under LD and DD conditions or developmentally different conditions.
