From local to coherent band excitations in Ce Kondo lattices

We propose a systematic, high-resolution RIXS study on a series of Ce Kondo lattices with increasing Kondo energy scale from below 1 K to above 1000 K. The experiment will provide with clear information on how the 4f spectral weights in many-particle excitation spectra of Kondo lattices evolve with temperature and as a function of the characteristic energy scales.
