Gene expression profiles during the process of differentiation of HL-60 clone 15 cells into eosinophils [HL60cl15]

To investigate the changes in gene expression during the process of differentiation into eosinophils, microarray analysis was performed. HL-60 clone 15 cells were cultured with apicidin for 6 days. The cells were collected at four different time points and total RNA was prepared for use as a sample for microarray analysis. HL-60 clone 15 cells were cultured with 100 nM apicidin and were collected at Day 0, 2, 4, and 6. Using prepared total RNA at each time point, microarray analysis was performed.
