Effect of LUCAT1 depletion in THP-1 monocytes on gene expression

To investigate the effect of LUCAT1 depletion on gene expression after stimulation with LPS or infection with Sendai virus, RNA-seq on THP-1 control guide RNA and LUCAT1-deficient cells after stimulation. Overall design: LUCAT1-deficient cells were generated using CRISPR/Cas9 system and cells transduced with a non-targeting guide RNA were used as a control. Two independent experiments per treatment and per genotype were performed.
