Microbial community composition of the rhizosphere of Corylus heterophylla in different regions

Corylus heterophylla has high nutritional value and economic value. However, there are few studies on rhizosphere of Corylus heterophylla in different sites. It is of great significance to understand the composition of rhizosphere community for planting and management of Corylus heterophylla. In this study, the rhizosphere community, the main environmental driving factors of rhizosphere community composition and the differences of microbial composition among different sites were studied by using high-throughput ITS rDNA and 16S rRNA gene Illumina sequencing.
