Mouse liver sinusoidal endothelial cell responses to the glucocorticoid receptor agonist dexamethasone in vitro

The data represents C57Bl/6 mouse LSEC proteome at different timepoints (1h, 10h, and 48h) post seeding in the presence or absence of 1micromolar dexamethasone to elucidate time dependent, and dexamethasone specific changes in LSEC responses, generated using a tandem mass tag (TMT)6-plex strategy on a highly sensitive Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer and the SPS MS3 method.本数据集包含C57BL/6小鼠肝窦内皮细胞（Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cells，LSEC）在接种培养后1h、10h及48h三个时间点的蛋白质组数据。实验设置了1μM地塞米松处理组与空白对照组，旨在阐明LSEC应答反应中的时间依赖性及地塞米松特异性变化。该数据集采用串联质量标签（Tandem Mass Tag，TMT）六重标记策略，在高灵敏度轨道阱Fusion Lumos质谱仪上通过同步前体选择MS3（SPS MS3）方法完成样本检测。
