Turkey hen sperm storage tubule transcriptome response to artificial insemination and the presence of semen

RNA sequencing reads from isolated turkey hen sperm storage tubules (located in the oviduct). These sperm storage tubules were subjected to control (no insemination), sham (sham-insemination), and experimental (semen-insemination) treatments prior to isolation and were isolated 1, 30, and 90 days post-insemination.
