Service quality survey September 2023 - Stopover pass

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for detecting the satisfaction of users using the online service for requesting and issuing parking passes resident and staying in Milan, activated in September 2023 in accordance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Article 7(3) - amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Article 8(1)). The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after applying for the pass and allows you to express your satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The results of the survey are published monthly on https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete. Some interpretative notes: * The columns ‘Simplicity of the steps to be followed for requesting the pass’ and ‘Clarity of the information provided’ are assessed only by a residual proportion of users of the service, i.e. by those who apply for the pass as ‘Not resident in Milan but resident in the city’ * The columns “Overall how easy was it to use this online service?” and “Overall how satisfied are you with the online parking pass application service?” can range from 1 (not at all) to 4 (very) * The values in the column “Would you speak well of this service to other people?” correspond to the following rating levels: 0 to 6 detractors, 7 and 8 passive, 9 and 10 promoters.
