RNA was sequenced from Oncopeltus fasciatus embryos at 0-12 hours after egg laying (h AEL), 24-36 h AEL, and 48-60 h AEL. These time points were selected as they show dynamic expression of the Ofas pair-rule gene E75A, which is expressed at 24-36 h AEL, but not the earlier or later time points.
