各地市直接在“海洋灾普数据上报更新管理系统”进行数据上报审核，全省各地市5年左右普查采集一次，主要是查看对应承灾体的空间分布情况及基础信息，让海洋主管单位更好的管理海洋安全问题【注：9999、9998为业务上的未定义概念，与0及空值是不同的概念；"未定义"就是没有定义未确定的意思；例：比如某个等级数据目前没有定义未确定，有些用户就会写上这个特定值进行示意，表示当前这个数据还没有定义具体结果】

Cities at the prefecture level across the province directly conduct data reporting and review within the "Marine Disaster Census Data Reporting and Update Management System". Census and data collection are carried out approximately every 5 years, with the primary goal of acquiring the spatial distribution and basic information of corresponding disaster-bearing bodies, so as to enable marine regulatory authorities to better manage marine safety issues.

Note: The values 9999 and 9998 are business-specific undefined concepts, which are distinct from 0 and null values.
