Analysis_of_a_spontaneous_mouse_mutant_that_lacks_a_spleen

We have identified a mouse mutant that has acquired a germline mutation that, through a yet to be defined process, is born without a spleen. The sequencing of the exome of this mouse will help identify possible candidate mutations for this disorder.
