This repository holds:
- Simulated read data of chromosome 6 used in the experiments in Additional file 1: Section 12.
- Simulated MTB variant call data and graphs used in the experiments in Additional file 1: Section 17.
- The graph constructed from the MHC alternate alleles and GRC38 used in the experiments of Additional file 1: Section 13.
- The sample identifiers of variant call data used from samples in the TB-ARC project used in the experiments with MTB graphs.
