EasyGSH-DB_TDKB: x- and y-medium effective ground thrust voltage (Flut|Ebbe) (1996-2015)

The x- and y- mean effective ground thrust voltage at flood/ebbe current, each for the years 1996-2015. The data sets describe the x-medium effective ground thrust voltage with eastward, while y-medium effective ground thrust voltage is described with northward. Residuum of effective ground thrust voltage during flood/ebbage current duration. Vector size. Amount and direction follow from the residual vector derived by vectorial addition of the individual vectors (at the different dates). In case of consistent direction, medium and residual effective ground thrust tensions match. The residual can never be greater than the defined mean value.
