Transcripts sequencing and MeRIP sequencing of BT-549 and BT-549LMF3

To investigate genes involved in m6A-regulated malignancy of lung metastasis breast cancer cells, we established breast cancer lung metastasis(BCLM) cell line model. The first generation of LM cells were obtained from the lung of immunodeficient mice after injecting with BT-549 cells into the lateral tail vein, and LMF2 and LMF3 BC cells were generated by use of the same method then. The BT-549 and BT-549LMF3 cell line were uesd for transcripts sequencing and MeRIP sequencing to characterize potential factors mediated the malignancy of lung metastasis BC cells.
