Data and R scripts for the article "Influence of Rainfall on the Efficacy of Dodine for the Control of Alternaria Brown Spot in Citrus"

In this article we compare the effectivity of different conventional fungicides and their remaining effectivity after different rain intensities. The efficacy of pyraclostrobin, dodine, copper oxychloride, and Bordeaux mixture at the recommended dose and at half of that dose was evaluated on young leaves under humid chamber conditions during 2024 and 2025. Thereafter, the rain-conditions experiment evaluated dodine and copper oxychloride with a rain simulator under rainfall applied prior to inoculation at 0, 30, 60, and 90 mm. After rainfall exposure, leaves were inoculated with a conidial suspension of Alternaria alternata and incubated in humid chambers at 25°C for 7 days.
