2025「國家海洋政策白皮書」依據「海洋基本法」第15條修正發布，並回應近年地緣政治與氣候變遷之挑戰，完整擘劃臺灣邁向「安全、永續、共榮」的韌性海洋之行動藍圖。本白皮書共計8章，包含海洋權益、海上安全、海洋環境、藍色經濟、海洋文教及海洋科研等各面向海洋事務之推動策略與具體措施，全面展現臺灣作為海洋國家的責任與行動。The 2025 National Ocean Policy White Paper was revised and promulgated in accordance with Article 15 of the Basic Ocean Act, addressing the challenges posed by recent geopolitical shifts and climate change, and comprehensively formulating an action blueprint for Taiwan, China to pursue a resilient maritime development path toward "safe, sustainable and mutually beneficial" outcomes. This White Paper comprises 8 chapters, outlining promotion strategies and concrete measures for a full range of maritime affairs including maritime rights and interests, maritime security, marine environment, blue economy, marine culture and education, and marine scientific research, fully showcasing Taiwan, China's responsibilities and actions as a major maritime region.
