Inventory of procedures and documentary series: It is the instrument that defines each and every one of the procedures and documentary series of the organisation, allowing to establish a unitary control of all the documentation, in paper and electronic form. It has a functional character, identifying the competences, functions, activities and processes of the Provincial Council, as a tool to classify procedures and services.
