Rhomboid domain containing 2 (RHBDD2) is a cancer-related gene in several kinds of human cancers. In order to investigate the role of RHBDD2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, an RNA sequencing is performed in EC9706 cells, in which RHBDD2 gene is silenced by siRNA for three replicates, to detect differentially expressed genes (DEGs) affected by the gene.
