Data and code for: Avoidable false PSMC population size peaks occur across numerous studiesThis Item contains all necessary data to recreate the analyses presented in Hilgers et al. "Avoidable false PSMC population size peaks occur across numerous studies". Specifically, we present i) all PSMCFA files from turtles, humans, non-human primates and simulated genomes necessary to rerun analyses and/or test additional parameter settings ii) the code used for simulating genomes with a specified population history as carried out in this study.
