Static theme. The theme shows the discovery of Bechstein’s bat (Myotis bechsteinii), 2004-2012. Data is from the Nature Database. Monitoring data have only been presented within Natura 2000 areas where the species is included in the designation basis of the Natura 2000 site concerned. Presented data is quality-assured, nationwide data that is publicly available. These are mainly data collected and quality-assured in the implementation of the governmental monitoring programme — NOVANA. The practical implementation of monitoring and subsequent data processing can be found in the technical instructions on the DCE website and in the annual NOVANA reports.”
