Sequence and supplementary data for "Dietary habits of two to nine year old American children influence gut microbiome composition."

Three sequence data files and one metadata table are provided. The sequence files includes the forward (R1), reverse (R2), and index (I1) sequence files of the variable region 4 (V4) of bacterial 16S rRNA genes extracted from human fecal samples. The metadata table includes the index barcodes to demultiplex the raw sequence files and other demographic data on each study participant. Three supplemental data files are also included. These files include the survey instrument used, the responses to the survey, and the average dietary intake of study participants.<br>
