Genome wide map of Stat3 binding sites in C6 rat glioma cells [NimbleGen]

We report a map of Stat3 binding sites in C6 rat glioma cells. The data was obtained using whole genome technology using NimbleGen microarrays.本研究报道了大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞中信号转导与转录激活因子3（Stat3）的结合位点图谱。相关数据通过搭载NimbleGen微阵列的全基因组技术获取。
