This dataset contains raw sequencing data (FASTQ format) from RNA-seq and DNA methylation analyses of multiple myeloma cell lines. RNA-seq data were generated to evaluate gene expression changes upon treatment with the DNA demethylating agent OR-2100. DNA methylation analysis was also performed to assess epigenomic changes induced by OR-2100 treatment. Both datasets are provided as raw FASTQ files.
