Annotated meshes

<b>Annotated meshes</b><b>General information</b>The meshes were generated from the micro-computed tomography data. The meshes use tetrahedral elements coloured based on the thickness of the myometrium. The thickness values were computed from the segmentation of the micro-computed tomography data and normalised by the weight of the animals.<b>Contents</b>There is one mesh for each stage of the estrus cycle in a .vtk format.
