This dataset includes ancient genotype data as described in Lipson et al. "High continuity of forager ancestry in the Neolithic of the eastern Maghreb" (paper to appear). The dataset includes three files: *.geno (genotype data), *.ind (individual data), and *.snp (SNP data), in PACKEDANCESTRYMAP format. Together they contain genotype information for 9 ancient individuals from Tunisia and Algeria.
