资源简介:
Data is comprised of maps of citrus densities, surveillance data for citrus greening (HLB) and for Asian citrus psyllid (ACP) in the Rio Grande Valley Texas, Southern California and the Central Valley California as described and analysed in the parent publication above. HLB surveys were conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and California Department of Food and Agriculture to detect the presence of HLB in citrus trees in California and Texas. ACP presence and spread in California were compiled from several trapping networks, including data sets from the CDFA and the Citrus Pest and Disease Prevention Program. The data were aggregated into data instances identified by containing cell and visit date.$$ \ $$Column headers in the .xlsx files:$$ \ $$1 Gi = the identifying index for each grid cell (Grid index)$$ \ $$2 Glat & Glon = the latitude and longitude for the centre of each grid cell$$ \ $$3 Ct_x = Flag to indicate how many HLB diagnostic samples were available for each grid cell and visit date and the Ct value range they fall into (e.g. Ct = all diagnostic samples, Ct_36 = diagnostic samples with Ct value less than 36)
