We analyzed the classes of genes influenced by IRF1 and IRF2 under basal conditions and upon stimulation with interferon. Overall design: Examination of differentially expressed genes in WT, IRF1-KO, IRF2-KO, or IRF1/IRF2-DKO DC3.2 lines after 2 hours of stimulating with 5,000U/mL IFNa, 2ng/mL IFN?, or media alone.
