Resolving the multiple controls of biomass production efficiency in woody plants

This repository contains data and code from the project "Resolving the multiple controls of biomass production efficiency in woody plants". The archive includes BPE data sets, global GPP predictions (NetCDF format), climate data, global trait maps for woody deciduous and evergreen plants (GeoTIFF format), BPE estimates from TRENDY models (GeoTIFF format), merged data sets used in the analyses, as well as reproducible R and Python scripts for all data processing and analyses.
