RNA-seq analysis was performed in two T-ALL cell lines (DND-41 and MOLT-4) to analyze gene expression changes after 24 hours of 100nM ACBI-1 or DMSO treatment. Overall design: DND-41 and MOLT-4 cells were treated with 100nM ACBI-1 or DMSO for 24 hours. Total RNA was harvested and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
