Living space per apartment in m², municipal level

Data is based on the updating of the housing and housing stock of the statistical state offices. Based on the housing and housing stock of the previous year, the inventory data as at 31.12. of the reporting year are calculated on the basis of inputs and departures from the reporting year (construction completions, works departures). The living space comprises the basic areas of the rooms that belong exclusively to this apartment, i.e. the areas of living and sleeping rooms, kitchens and ancillary rooms (e.g. hallways, storage rooms and bathroom) within the apartment.
