This dataset is a snapshot of the OpenPowerlifting database as of April 2019. OpenPowerlifting is creating a public-domain archive of powerlifting historical records. Powerlifting is a sport in which competitors compete to lift the maximum possible weight across three core barbell weightlifting movements: squat, bench press, and deadlift. This dataset includes all information about the competitive meets and the competitors who participated in these meets.
