Effect of pathway inhibitors on chemotactic migration of hESCs.

Decidualized hESCs in transwell migration inserts were preincubated with PD98059 (50 µM), Y27632 (100 µM), NSC23766 (50 µM), SB202190 (10 µM) or Wortmannin (200 nM) before the addition of TCM to the lower reservoir. Controls received MM1-10% instead of chemoattractant. Motility indices are means±SD (n = 3) and were analyzed by ANOVA and Dunnett test. **, P<0.01; ***, P<0.001 compared to cells without inhibitor in the group without chemoattractant (white column).
