Supplemental Material for "EV-associated miRNAs as non-antibiotic therapeutic targets against Mycoplasma bovis-induced bovine mastitis"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains supplemental materials for the study "EV-associated miRNAs as non-antibiotic therapeutic targets against Mycoplasma bovis-induced bovine mastitis". Mycoplasma bovis is a major etiological agent of bovine mastitis, and its control is increasingly hampered by widespread antibiotic resistance. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have emerged as key mediators of host-pathogen communication, partly through the intercellular transfer of regulatory microRNAs (miRNAs). This study identifies two EV-associated miRNAs (bta-miR-149-5p and bta-miR-1307) as key suppressors of excessive inflammation, and establishes a novel therapeutic strategy based on LNP-mediated co-delivery of miRNA mimics. The materials include: Supplemental Figures S1–S5: Additional data supporting the main findings of the manuscript.
