The repository includes three files (two in .zip). One is the Matlab code (.m) for the shallow water diagnostic model which estimates the TIW (tropical instability waves) surface velocity from altimeter SSH (sea surface heigh). One is the input data (.mat) for the diagnostic model, including high-pass filterred SSH and low-frequency zonal current. Last is the analysis code in Matlab for each figure.
