Genomic analysis of selected rhizospheric and endophytic bacteria as a basis for a biofertilizer consortium

Seven bacterial strains, isolated from the avocado rhizosphere and root endosphere, were selected based on 1) their antifungal activity against Fusarium spp. in in vitro assays; 2) their ability to solubilize phosphate on NBRIP medium and 3) their capacity to promote the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana in vitro.
