Supporting data for Genomic Prediction Using a Mid-Density SNP Platform Matching the 90K SNP Prediction Ability in Spring Wheat

This dataset contains the filtered genotype, and phenotype files used in the manuscript “Genomic Prediction Using a Mid-Density SNP Platform Matching the 90K SNP Prediction Ability in Spring Wheat.” The dataset supports analyses comparing a low-density 4K GBS SNP platform, a Wheat iSelect 90K SNP array, KASP-only models, and SNP+KASP fixed-effect genomic prediction models in spring wheat. Files include filtered 4K GBS and 90K SNP genotype matrices, and phenotypic BLUPs required to reproduce the genomic prediction analyses.
