Number of sites to be rehabilitated (SAR)

A site to be redeveloped (SAR) concerns real estate or a set of real estate that has been or is intended to accommodate an activity, excluding housing and whose maintenance in its current state is contrary to the proper layout of the premises or constitutes a destructuring of the urbanised fabric. As a result, they may be sites of economic activity (SAED) but also sites for social activities such as schools, hospitals, sports or cultural facilities such as theatres and cinemas, or public or public-use facilities such as power plants, transport infrastructure, firefighters and sites that have hosted several functions simultaneously or successively.
