This repository contains the data used in the study “A spatial source-oriented and probabilistic health risk assessment framework for soil heavy metals in southwest Xinjiang, China ”, including raw sequencing data and key physicochemical datasets. The research investigates the link of pollution sources directly to probabilistic HHR evaluation, enabling precise high-risk hotpot delineation and risk formation mechanistic analysis。
