Xinjiang Soil

This repository contains the data used in the study “A spatial source-oriented and probabilistic health risk assessment framework for soil heavy metals in southwest Xinjiang, China ”, including raw sequencing data and key physicochemical datasets. The research investigates the link of pollution sources directly to probabilistic HHR evaluation, enabling precise high-risk hotpot delineation and risk formation mechanistic analysis。本仓库包含研究《中国新疆西南部土壤重金属空间源导向概率健康风险评估框架》（A spatial source-oriented and probabilistic health risk assessment framework for soil heavy metals in southwest Xinjiang, China）所用的全部数据，涵盖原始测序数据与关键理化数据集。该研究直接建立了污染源与概率健康风险评估之间的关联，可实现精准的高风险热点区域划定，并开展风险形成机制分析。
