RNA-seq analysis was performed in a Neuroblastoma cell line (GI-MEN) to analyze gene expression changes after ASCL1 ot other TFs overexpression. Overall design: Lentiviral shRNA transduction was carried out in GI-MEN cells to overexpress ASCL1. Retrovirus were used to overexpress PHOX2B, ISL1, MYCN and LMO1. Total RNA was harvested after ASCL1 or other TFs overexpression and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
