This dataset is the supplementary reproducibility package for the manuscript Distinguishing Passive Fano Filtering from Local Molecular Enhancement in Resonant Photonic CO2 Readout (Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics manuscript JPhysD-143623.R1). It contains the tabulated inputs and outputs, analysis and validation scripts, software-environment and provenance records, and figure-supporting data used for the reported mechanism audit. The study separates finite-path molecular absorption, passive Fano filtering, perturbative local modal loss, and their combined response.
