Currently, TongueDB is accessible to researchers conducting non-commercial research. Our point cloud database contains approximately 1,800 raw 3D tongue scans. Participants were instructed to perform a series of tongue movements, including protruding the tongue left and right, spreading the central region of the tongue, and manipulating the left and right medial sides of the tongue, among others. A total of 700 distinct participants were involved in this dataset, and associated metadata including their age, gender, and ethnicity is provided.
